Bergen Centre for Law and Social Transformation (Lawfare Centre) is a dynamo for research on the potential and limits of law as an instrument of social change (lawfare). The Lawfare Centre brings together scholars and practitioners from across institutions and academic fields around questions related to the use of law and legal mobilisation in pursuit of social transformation, and seeking to understand the consequences of such strategies.
