Roos has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sociology, specializing in sexuality and queer theory, from the University of Amsterdam. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Global Development in Theory and Practice with a specialization in gender at the University of Bergen.
Her research interests include (political) identity formation, social inequality, and social movements.
