Per Selle (Professor of Comparative Politics, UiB) Urfolks rett til selvstyre: Sametinget i komparativt perspektiv”

Save the date! LawTransform and Bergen sameforening invite you and your networks to our second Annual Lecture on Rights of Indigenous Peoples “Urfolks rett til selvstyre: Sametinget i komparativt perspektiv” by Per Selle (UiB).

The lecture is part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of Bergen sameforening! The program includes dinner hosted by the Bergen Municipality at 17:00 for the small cost of 100kr adults and 50kr children (to register, please contact samiidsearvi@gmail.com). A performance by Mikkel Gaup will follow at 18:30 and the lecture starting at 19:15 will be followed by a panel debate with Henrik Olsen (Sametinget), Arne Øi (FN-sambandet) and Hugo Stokke (CMI). The panel will be chaired by Siri Gloppen (LawTransform).

This event is a collaboration between the CMI/UiB Centre on Law & Social Transformation (LawTransform), Bergen sameforening, FN-sambandet, and has the support of Bergen kommune and Sametinget.
