The Bergen Exchanges is taking place from 14th to 18th of August 2023! The week will be filled with intellectual exchanges scrutinising how law is used to change societies – for better and worse.
Here are the topics that will be discussed during the week:
- Democracy, autocratization & resistance, academic freedom and decolonisation
- Child rights
- Gender, sexuality, reproductive justice and health
- Addressing climate change and indigenous rights
- Transitional justice, criminal law and migration

The majority of the events hosted at Kulturhuset and Bergen Global will be streamed on zoom. A separate link will be available for the events hosted at Universitetets Aula.
