The increasing recognition and inclusion of legal pluralism in national political systems, and innovations in indigenous governance structures raises challenges related to intersectionality and intra-group dynamics, not least in terms of gender. These questions will be discussed from different vantage points, across regions.The roundtable marks the publication of a new book, edited by Ruth Rubio-Marin on “Gender Parity and Multicultural Feminism: Towards a New Synthesis”
