NCHS Annual Meeting: Humanitarian Challenges in Complex Contexts

This one-day event is an initiative of the Norwegian Centre for Humanitarian Studies (NCHS) and the Norwegian Research Council’s funded projects “Humanitarian Diplomacy” and “SuperCamp”.

The annual meeting for the Norwegian Centre for Humanitarian Studies (NCHS) Research Network on Humanitarian Efforts will take place 5 November 2019 at the Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI) offices in Bergen. The theme of this year’s annual meeting is “Humanitarian Challenges in Contexts of Conflict and Complex Emergency: Diplomacy, Containment, Data”.

This event aims to gather researchers to present ongoing work related to humanitarian efforts broadly speaking, and to exchange on common challenges and how to better address issues raised in the humanitarian sector.
