Dear friends and colleagues. As 2024 draws to a close we want to thank all who in myriad ways have contributed to the life and work of LawTransform this year—which also marked our 10-year anniversary! It was wonderful to celebrate with so many of you during the Bergen Exchanges in August. For those who were not there – or want to revisit – here is a video with the 10 year celebration event – which also features some very lovely music! And here are the videos from other BeEx sessions, including stimulating discussions on research agendas for the next decade.
Amidst the hardship that many of you live though now and our shared worries for the future of democracy and the rights that we care about—the importance of the LawTransform community is clearer than ever. We need each other and the world needs the intellectual work that we collectively do!
We at LawTransform wish you a good end of year holiday and hope it will give renewed energy and inspiration. We are looking forward to engaging with you all in the year to come and hope to see you at the 2025 Bergen Exchanges on Law & Social Transformation, which will take place 18-22 August!
