In this Masters’ Week breakfast seminar Oda Ringstad (UiB, Faculty of Law) presented her thesis which questions if, and when, cyber-attacks become “use of force”, as stipulated in the UN Charter. Oda’s presentation was followed by a discussion with Malcolm Langford (University of Oslo/Law, CMI-UiB LawTransform co-director) moderated by Siri Gloppen (Professor of Comparative Politics, and CMI-UIB LawTransform director).
