Kasper is PhD candidate in Economics and Law (NHH). His research focus is on corruption and deterrence of corporate misconduct. Current focus is on how effective settlements is on deterring corruption.

He holds a Master of Science in Business and Administration from NHH and CEMS Master in International Management.
His master thesis was about the profitability of the crime for firms caught for corruption.
Previously worked for Transparency International with development of their global initiatives on youth work.
Kasper has also been a trainee at the Norwegian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, reporting on the economic and political situation.
