Alumni
Laro is part of the student group at the Centre on Law and Social Transformation. He has a MPhil in Public Administration (’18/’20) at the University of Bergen.
Laro holds also an MA in Political Studies from the University of Aberdeen, and a Post Graduate Degree in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam (ASIR). He has 15 years of work experience with UN and NGOs in humanitarian aid and development in post-conflict and transition countries, primarily in the sectors of Governance, Conflict, Human Rights and Local Development.
