Liza is a MA student in her senior year at Perm State University (Russia), studying political science and international relations. She is an exchange student at the University of Bergen. Liza has been involved in some research projects such as “Contentious Politics in Russian Regions” and “TRIPAR Shifting Paradigms – Towards Participatory and Effective Urban Planning in Germany, Russia and Ukraine”. Her Master thesis is devoted to the right to the city from the perspective of human rights. Upon graduation she hopes to continue her studying and conducting research.
