Marthe is a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies.
Marthe’s PhD project is on military assistance operations and state obligations related to the misconduct of partners. In addition to international humanitarian law her research interests include human rights in armed conflict and refugee law.
Having been a member of the volunteer group during her time as a student at UiB, she is now the coordinator for the volunteers herself.
