Maraire’s research focus is access to justice and more specifically the efficacy of ADR procedures in extending access to justice to the poor and small businesses either as a complement to or existing independently of the formal legal system.
Previously, he has worked for management consulting firms; consulting on diverse industries including ICTs, tourism as well as non-profit organisations.
